Wind pushes your ball in the direction of the arrow. The stronger the wind, the more your shot will move. This applies to every shot in the game — drives, irons and even short shots.
Most players aim directly at the hole. This doesn’t work. If you ignore the wind, your shot will always drift off target.
Always aim against the wind. If the wind is blowing right, you aim left. If the wind is blowing left, you aim right. The stronger the wind, the more you adjust.
Start with small adjustments and increase gradually. Don’t overcompensate immediately — learn from each shot.
